We have received an urgent call about a dog who needed help asap. He is in terrible shape, he is totally blind. Bullet was nobody's dog and he lived in a village called Monok and his theoretic owner moved away and since this dog wasn't really his he didn't want to take Bullet with him. We were informed that his eyes were sprayed with something and it happened 2 weeks ago. He must have had horrendous pain and it looks like he is totally blind. He is in our care now and we will do everything in our power to help him heal.
