Another broken boned dog on the operating table.
Totó – pelvis, hip, spine and thigh bone, Blueberry – head injury, front leg broken in multiple places, Gyárfás – pelvis, hip, spine, thigh bone, ankle broken, 2 toes amputated and soft tissue injuries. These injured dogs came to our shelter in the last month and now we have another one, Ulrik.

Poor little scared Ulrik was ran over in front of the shelter in Kisvárda. His little body is broken in many places and it is a MIRACLE that he is alive/
His hip bone is broken and needs to be fixed with screws and a disk. On the other side his pelvis has come off of his spine. It would be good to screw it back together but since a couple of days already have passed since the accident it might not be possible. Our luck is that we have our very own miracle worker and a great puzzle enthusiast vet Dr. Boda who will put the broken bone puzzle pieces back together. His surgery will take place shortly and we will keep our fingers crossed! These operations are very expensive partly because of the implants so we are asking you to support Ulrik’s surgeries and rehabilitation. Every small amount counts!
