Marshmallow started her recovery at the Csipet-Csapat Veterinary Centre.She lost all her babies born on 01.11.2023, all of them died - in the cold, in the dump where they were born... they were doomed to die at conception, but their terrified, skinny mothers carried them to term at the cost of devouring their own bodies. But once the all-sacrificing maternal shell was gone, they had no chance for life. You can watch a heartbreaking video of the poor thing trying to lick them back to life on the site.
Mummy was skinny, dirty, swarming with fleas and terrified. Terrified of everything... She was scared to death of the food in front of her, then when she realised we weren't trying to hurt her, she gratefully devoured it.
Born circa 2018, a mixed breed who has most likely been living terrified and starving in his own home since birth.
No more fear, abuse, starvation. Her body is endlessly exploited, her eyes are sick and in need of surgery, but her mood is improving and we see her happy more and more. Unfortunately, she tested positive for heartworm, so the next step is to overcome this.


Marshmallow, after her vaccinations and neutering, is available for adoption as a family member.
