Zoltán and Katalin, the rescuers of Akác, came and see the miserable quadruped in the shelter today – then they kept going towards the police force of the III. district to witness.
The young couple did everything as it is written in the great book, that’s why we were so glad to have the chance to take a photo of them and pass the time face-to-face after so many phone calls.
Indescribable pleasure and curiosity to meet those kind of people who are not afraid to act in case of animal laceration, and what is more to assume their action and face in public.
Raise our virtual hats ahead of them and render thanks of them in the name of all animal protector society.
As we reported previously, Zoltán and Katalin took the note of a yowl heard from the neighboring street. They did not hesitate, rushed for help to a dog who was almost butchered by two drunken, homeless, arbitrary property occupier – they tried to cut off his neck.
The couple not just interposed and prevent the slaughter of the dog, but call the police immediately. As the scrub was so bushy they couldn’t find the bleeding dog in the dark, so next morning they came back to the property lived by other homeless people, and looking for dog until they found him. They took him to the veterinary and gave board for him. Meanwhile they took pictures and videos for documenting the state of the dog – these documents can be a proof for the police and the judgement as well. After all they handed over the dog for our endowment, and they are ready to stand up for witnessing the story at the police and in the public of media as well.
Give this story for pattern to anyone – it can be done this way as well.
The state of Akác is adequate despite the story; however he is suffering and his wounds are so frightening he eat , drink, and what is more: flemish as well. Although some of the stabs were deeper than 10 cm, luckily the thrusts reached him athwart and not at right angles – therefore neither the artery nor the trachea, lungs got injured.
Akác is convalescing in the hospital of our endowment, while the police of III. district ensured us, that they will manage the case with high priority, and would like to close the issue in 10 days to have the delinquents come for trial.
