One of our Starter family babies became quiet away a few days ago. We rushed him to the doctor immediately because isolation, cowering, not eating is always bad for a puppy.
Unfortunately, the parvo test was definite positive 😢 Anyone who knows us knows that we are all about quarantine, safety, disinfection first and foremost. Plus, the 5 babies in the family are already in the middle of their vaccination program, with a nuclear safe protocol that would almost rule out infection... 🤷‍♀️
But we are talking about living organisms that are not affected in the same way by drugs and vaccines.
That's why we need a vaccination protocol for puppies with a strict quarantine that is almost overinsured.
For days, this little cricket has been fighting for his LIFE with our doctors at the Csipet-Csapat Veterinary Centre! Sadly, things are still up in the air. 😢
Thank goodness the other brothers and mommy are doing absolutely fine. Of course, they all received the active serum preventively. 🙏🙏🙏
For little Surda, the infectious isolation and treatments in the vet hospital cost roughly 30.000Ft per day + serum treatment for the whole family at the beginning of the trouble, we are already at 180.000Ft vet bill. And every day it grows, grows, grows...
