Most of the edema has receded, thank goodness. However, in addition to the horrific wound, the skin, which was wrinkled and shrinking due to the natural process of healing, was flattened in several places and caused a circulatory problem again. Because of this, yesterday the little girl underwent surgery to loosen these and fuse the edges of the wound. Once she was asleep, she was neutered as well.
We hope this surgery will be a final solution, but her recovery will require a lot of attention. So now she will have to spend several days in hospital again. We are not worried, because she is in the best hands at Csipet-Csapat Veterinary Centre 🥰🙏
We have to say that this suffering little girl is one of the sweetest, kindest, most perfect dogs we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. 🥰🥰🥰 Please get someone to love her right away so she can spend as little time in the shelter as possible and get a couch under her bum asap. Because she really deserves it! 🩷🩷🩷
