You might remember Nyakita who came into our care in April, 2020. A string has grown into her neck which started to choke her, the wound became ichorous and her head became oedematous. She was operated on and her wound healed. Unfortunately as Nyakita became better, gained weight the muscle tissue on her neck couldn't expaned because it lost it's elasticity. So she had to be operated on again in the Délpesti Állatgyógyászati Központ és Sebészeti Centrum Clinic by dr Beáta Orbán. The surgery went well but she has to spend the next couple of days at the Clinic because the wound has to be checked daily and she is gettin treatment as well. She is taking this whole ordeal very well. She is very sweet, cooperative and very intelligent.
