We are STILL fighting for Julius' leg!

We have been fighting for Julius' leg for about 1 month and the situation is unsettling. He came from the city pound of Miskolc with an infected open fracture wound. It took a couple of days to prepare him for the operation and he could only get an outside fixture.
After 1 month his wound is still inflammed and still has a open wound and it is healing very slowly. He is getting the sugary bandage which needs to be changed daily. He is also getting strong painkillers and antibiotics. We are starting to hope that his leg can be saved and he will get a chance for a new and happy life. 🙏

Meanwhile Julius is a sweet, cooperativ old gentleman who is taking everything very well and patiently. He is traveling to the vet every day and his leg is being examined everyday. He knows now that we love him and we are doing everything for him. ❤️ The fight continous! 🤞🤞🤞
