Jeges is in surgery!

In Megyaszón in Borsod county a dog was found who was in a bad condition. She had vaginal prolapse and as you can see on the pictures it was quite serious. The animal rescue groups in the region started to reach out for help and thanks to Kata Babák and others arrangements were made and Róbert Dargay transported her to Budapest to Dr. Juhász' vet clinic. They arrived at 2 am in the night and they started to stabilize her condition right away.

We gave her the name Jeges because of her beautiful fur. She is a nice dog although we don't know her personally. For now the most important thing is to operate on her. The vaginal prolapse can happen when the dog is in heat. The vagina comes out of the body and it can become dirty, infected and the mucosa dries out. We are hoping that it is not to late and after the operation she will heal without complications.

So keep your fingers crossed for her that the operation will be succesfull and that she will be able to experience what it feels like to be loved.
