Gyáli Gizmó needs a surgery again

Poor Gizmo is not too lucky. He became our protégé six years ago and then he was a teenager dog. He has amazingly beautiful black fur, beautiful eyes and a very nice shape but nobody wants to adopt him.

Almost exactly two years ago he tore a ligament in his left knee. Than our miracle worker dr. Boda our vet operated his knee using a new technology and Gizmo took it like a champ even though the rehabilitation was long. His knee is as great as it was before the problem.

We were worried about his other knee and rightfully so because he tore his ligament in his other knee and he is back on the operating table. He is out of the surgery but the harder part of the healing is coming now because the recovery is painful and slow. The first days after the operation he is staying in the clinic’s hospital, but soon he will come home and recuperate in the hospital section of Noah’s animal home. He will be staying in a kennel since he is not allowed to move a lot but after a couple of weeks we will start with slow cautios walks.

Gizmo's knee surgery with the implant will be roughly 100,000 Ft (about 333 euros). We ask your financial support to cover the cost of the operation and recovery.
