Mama Tisza and her 6 babies from Tiszabura came into our care. Beautiful mummy was taking care of her babies in a ditch. Since we had just one free place in the Noah's Animal Shelter Foundation's baby-mama quarantine, we took on this family of little ones who were in concrete danger.

The problem was with their capture, as the mum was so scared of people that she ran away when approached and could not be captured that day. So the babies spent 1 night safely separated from mummy. The next morning will be what it will be, our wonderful helper went to get them. Equipped with a box, cooked meat, determination and love. We knew that babies needed to be with their mum, so we had to make the family reunion work.
A young boy had been watching the mum in an abandoned lot since he knew we were coming for them. When we got there he showed us exactly where the poor thing was hiding. We put the box out in the empty lot with two puppies barking. Mama was afraid of us, so we moved away. We put some cooked beef in front of the box, but she didn't care, she went in with her puppies. We just had to run over there, push her into the box and close it.
Mummy Tisza was in a very bad state. She was skinny, covered in wounds, fleas and very scared.

Fortunately, the whole family survived the adventurous start, and both mum and her puppies can be rehomed.

We have started their vaccination programme, we will continue it, they will be adopted with a chip, with the obligation to be neutered, which must be done by the given time and we will check it very strictly! We adopt puppies in Budapest and within a 30 km radius.
