The 17th District Police asked for our immediate assistance in placing a starving puppy. They responded to a report and the sight of the young dog immediately confirmed the possibility of torture. By his owner's own admission, he was not cared for, not fed, his claws were brutally overgrown and there was no doubt that his treatment and neglect was life-threatening. The pictures don't really show how skinny the poor thing is.

He was born circa October 2022, Labrador mix, lovely dog. Currently in the infirmary of the Noah's Animal Shelter Foundation, he is being fed carefully in small portions. He has also undergone a full veterinary check-up.
In the meantime, the police have opened an investigation for animal cruelty, to which we will attach the veterinary documentation.


After his recovery, he will be vaccinated and neutered and will look for a permanent family to live with.
