Betty is a small, no longer young, mixed-breed girl born in February 2015, who came into our care as a surrendered dog. Unfortunately, her elderly, sick owner could no longer care for her.

Betty's soul is broken. She hadn't eaten or drunk for days and was always watching the door for her beloved owner to return. She became a resident of our adoption office because we thought her little soul needed nurturing. She is now trying to make friends with small tentative wags and we think that if we can find her a forever family soon, she might be a happy dog again.


As Betty has lived with a family before, we think with a little patience she could readjust to a new family's lifestyle, so we are looking for a LOVING owner who will look after her for the rest of her life. She can't be adopted just as a garden dog.

Betty is chipped, vaccinated and spayed and is looking for a forever family.
