Terra is a young, large Caucasian Shepherd bitch born in November 2019, who came into our care with the help of the Füzesabony Animal Welfare Foundation.

The unfortunate little girl, who had been huddled in the bushes for days between Kömlő and Átány, was found after a long search and put in a car and brought her to our shelter. Terra was bone and skin, her neck was worn out by the chain, she was so weakened that she could only move very slowly at first. She was very hungry and very thirsty, the people passing by didn't even throw food in front of her! Now she is safe and we hope she can leave her miserable fate behind her. Unfortunately, she tested positive for heartworm on admission and will need further tests before we can start treatment.


This young puppy has not had a happy life so far in her short life, but she has a lot of joy and happiness to offer her beloved owner. We are only looking for a home where she can be a full member of the family. We hope that someone will come along who will give her all that she may not have received so far by giving her a safe home and love. She is friendly with people, hers relationship with other dogs is not yet known. We are looking for an owner with breed knowledge and dog experience only. She can't be adopted just as a garden dog.! Dog school recommended!

Terra is vaccinated, chipped and neutered and would like to move to a new permanent family.
