Dogs shot in several places have been taken into the care of the Noah's Animal Shelter Foundation! We named her Ábrand.

This beautiful girl, barely 1.5 years old, had been lying injured for days between Tisana and Sarud. She came to us with the help of the Füzesabony Animal Welfare Foundation. At first, all you could see was that she had a huge hole in her shoulder and her nose was swollen. She was in a lot of pain and pus was pouring out of everything, so we rushed her to the South Pest Veterinary and Surgical Centre. After exploring the wounds and X-rays, Abrand was shot in several places. Her shoulder and one side of her jaw were blown apart. Her wounds are not fresh, unfortunately they are already infected, the poor dog, in addition to the gunshot wounds, has already started to rot. The smell, the sight, the damage is terrible.
You've explored and cleaned her wounds. She's been given tetanus serum, cultures from the infected wounds, full lab tests and of course a huge dose of painkillers to ease her pain.

Fortunately, her condition has now allowed this young, very sweet, active girl to recover in the NOÉ hospital ward.


Abrand is not yet available for adoption, but as soon as her health allows, after vaccinations and neutering, we are looking for an owner who can make her forget all the bad things she has experienced in her life and prove to her that life is beautiful and she is a lovable companion. We are only looking for a home where she can be a full member of the family. She can't be adopted as a garden dog..
