A shelter in Püspökladány asked for our SOS help for a brutally injured dog. She was chained up in Biharnagybajom. She had a drying rope wrapped around her head, neck and ears, even with tweezers on her, which had cut her neck, head and ears almost off. We named her Garbo.
In addition to her injury she is terribly thin and severely dehydrated, full of fleas. It's a wonder how she managed to survive with such a wound, tied up without a house or shelter...
She's in hospital, being stabilised, robusted, strengthened. She's going to need more plastic surgery.

Garbo is a mixed breed female dog born around 2018. At the moment she is not adoptable, but after her recovery we are looking for an owner who can forget all the bad things she has experienced in her life and prove to her that life is beautiful and she is a lovable companion. We are only looking for a home where she can be a full member of the family. She can1t be adopted just as a garden dog.

Garbo can be adopted as soon as her health permits. She will be vaccinated, chipped and neutered.
