Jakow is a young stumpy-eared, extra large Central Asian Ovtcharka type male born around 2018, who came to our care from the city pound in Hajdúdorog.

This young dog with a nice posture and high exercise needs may not have had the opportunity for a happy family life in his short life so far, but we are confident that he can bring a lot of joy and happiness to his beloved owner. We are only looking for a home where he can be a full member of the family. We hope that someone will come along who will give him everything he may not have received so far by going to a dog, a family member worthy of a safe home and love. He is friendly with people and after a period of quarantine we will see how he interacts with other dogs. We are looking for an active family who has experience and knows the breed. He can't be adopted just as a garden dog or a guard dog! Dog school is obligatory ! He tested positive for heartworm on arrival and will need further tests in order to determine the treatment.


Jakow is vaccinated, chipped and neutered.
