Deer arrived from Szarvas to the care of the Noah Animal Shelter Foundation. She is in a very rough condition. She was brought to the Stray and Lost Dogs Foundation in Szarvas between the 2 holidays. According to our information, she had an "owner" dog and with the help of the police, she was rescued. Her skin is inflammed - the source of which was most likely a "simple" flea infestation which was not treated. She was not fed regularly and she was so weak that she could not even stand on her feet. Thanks to the care of the team in Szarvas, she can now stagger a few steps.
The sad icing on the cake of her condition is that her heartworm test came back positive.
We are waiting for her lab results, she started her recovery at the South Pest Veterinary and Surgical Centre.

Deer was born in 2010 and she is a sweet, wagging, loving girl (We can already see her, all puffed up, all fluffy, running happily with her owner and after the walk she will snuggle down with her beloved Human Paws... it's a long way to go...)



After Deer's recovery, we are looking for an owner who can forget all the bad things she has experienced in her life and prove to her that life is beautiful and she is a lovable companion. We are only looking for a home where she can be a full member of the family. She can't be adopted just as a garden dog.


Deer is vaccinated, chipped and can be adopted after spaying.
