This poor skinny mixed breed young male was rescued with the help of the Foundation of Animal Protection in Füzesabony. We named him Viasz.

Viasz has been living with an alcoholic owner in Szihalmon since he was a puppy, the people living nearby told us that he has been tied up for about 2 weeks, but when he gets loose he goes out into the street. Then the poor thing went back, but was always tied back to the end of the chain. When rescued he was bone and skin, it was a miracle he was still alive.


Now he is safe and we carefully feed him several times a day. He has managed to gain weight. He is very friendly with people. Unfortunately, he tested positive for heartworm and will have further tests done soon.


We are looking for an owner for Viasz who can forget all the bad things he has experienced in his life and prove to him that life is beautiful and he is a lovable companion. We are only looking for a home where he can be a full member of the family. We hope that the Angel who has been waiting for him will come and give him what he may not have had before - a safe home and love worthy of a dog. He is trainable to get along with female dogs. He is a very curious, active mutt with high exercise needs.


He is vaccinated, chipped and as soon as his health permits, he can be adopted after neutering.
