Nico is not young anymore, he was born in 2011 and he is a large German shepherd male, who came to our care after the death of his owner.


Unfortunately Nico is currently suffering from spinal problems typical of the German Shepherd breed. We took him for several examinations in order to improve his gait and we hope we will be able to spay him. He loves to be around people. We don't know his relationship with other dogs yet, but we are trying to get his mind and health back on track first.


We hope that despite his old age, we can give him a few more happy and healthy years. We are therefore looking for a responsible owner who will give him a permanent home, allow him time to settle in and give him a safe home and love for the rest of his life, as a member of the family. He can't be adopted as just a garden dog because he tends to escape when he feels neglected.

Nico is available for adoption chipped, vaccinated and neutered.
