Harmat is a rottweiler female dog the Miskolc Second Chance Animal Welfare Foundation has asked for our help because she was brought to the Miskolc city pound with a huge, already bursting mammary tumour. The dog was in immense pain and had already started to dismantle the painful tumour herself.

We regularly work with the Second Chance Foundation, when we have the capacity, we take in injured, sick, pregnant dogs and cats on a regular basis.

Harmat was immediately taken to the Délpesti Állatgyógyászati Központ és Sebészeti Centrum Clinich where a full examination was started. Unfortunately, even without a medical examination, it was obvious that the problem was huge and neglected. Harmat has now undergone a major operation which she tolerated well and is recovering in the quarantine ward at NOÉ.

Harmat will have a happy life ahead of her and we will show her that she can be the light of someone's eye and find her a home where she will never have to experience bad things again, a real family member, happy to settle down for the rest of her dog life. She is very friendly with dogs big and small and people are her everything. She would have her belly stroked all day if she could. She is a true family dog who deserves to be loved and cared for.

After Harmat has recovered, she can be adopted vaccinated, chipped and neutered.
