If you have questions about Bowen, please send an e-mail to !
Bowen was born in January, 2017 and the Foundation of Animal Protection in Füzesabony has asked for our help.
He was picked up on the streets when he was young and he was brought to a pig farm. He lived his life chained to a pole there for the last year. The person who was supposed to feed him everyday stopped doing it but he failed to mention this to anyone. Thank god he didn't starve to death!
Bowen's heartworm test came back positive. He had medicinal treatment for a month. His 6 months check up came back positive again for heartworms so he will receive an another medicinal treatment for a month and he also needs the advocate spot on monthly.
Bowen loves people. He has never met a male dog before so we don't know what his relationship would be with one. With female dogs he can get along.
We are looking for a family for him where he will be loved for as long as he lives and where he will be treated as a full member. He can't be adopted just as a garden dog. Going to dog school is a must. His future owner needs to have a lot of experience with dogs.
He is chipped, vaccinated and neutered.
