We have received a call from the Second Chance Animal Protection Foundation in Miskolc that at the city pound there is a seriously injured dog who was most likely ran over. Of course we have said yes right away. The Foundation has organized the transport and he was taken to our vet at the Délpesti Állatgyógyászati Központ és Sebészeti Centrum Clinic and we have given him the name Miszlik.

His has a lot of cuts and bruises on his body. The worst one is on his head because it is very deep and reached his skull. The good news is that the xray shows no broken bones. He is in a lot of pain and every movement hurts right now even though he has been given painkillers. We know from experience that soft tissue injuries hurt more then broken bones. Hopefully the pain will subside soon. He needs constant medical care so he has to stay at the Clinic.

After he heals he will be castrated, chipped, vaccinated and only then he will be up for adoption.
