Ágas Ágota and her puppies were found under a bush by animal lovers and they immediately noticed that she is sick. Her head and legs are oedematous, hardly has any fur on but besides that she is nursing 6 of her couple of days old puppies.

As soon as we saw the pictures we couldn’t say no even though we are full of sick dogs. Thanks to the „Together for the Animals” Organization in Debrecen they took the family to a safe place and about a day later they arrived to our animal home. Unfortunately 1 puppy died in the meantime. The others seems to be okay. Since she is nursing the babies the treatment is very difficult. We have consulted with our vets and for now their best interest is to stay together and let Ágota nurse her babies. Until then she will receive very mild treatment that won’t harm her puppies. She also started to cough so she is also treated for that.

The puppies were born on the 27th of March, 2017 and they will most likely be middle sized when they grow up.

We are looking for loving, responsible owners who could take care of them and who are aware of the difficulties and losses involved in raising a puppy. We are looking for an adoptive who is able to undertake the cost of a puppy vaccination program and meet the obligations of sterilization to be sure that these puppies won’t have unnecessary kids.

We adopt them with their new chip and with strict sterilization obligations which the owner has to complete it within the specified time period which we will check!
