Originally came into our care on 6th of November, 2016.

Background: our Batta mommy had to give birth far away from human habitation, in an area patrolled by hunters.The mum and the babies were very lucky, because a Virág who was walking her dog saw the mum climbing into the deep hole and heard the babies crying from underneath. She didn't walk past them, fed the mummy and immediately tried to get help.
Despite knowing virtually nothing about them except that they were doomed to die in the deep hole if a big rain fell and that the mama was in constant danger of death from the hunting ground, two volunteers from Fox Terrier Rescue, - Soul Chain Animal Rescue Foundation immediately began organizing the rescue. The puppies were in a hole so deep that even the camera could see them. But the girls didn't give up, with the help of a local man power, they dug, they dug, they dug. Until finally they found the 4 little ones.


The puppies of the family found a new owners in 2017, among them our Burger. Until now we thought he was living his life, we just didn't think he was on the streets, alone. When he was found, they came to us based on the chip, which had not been reregistered to the owner until today. His previous adopter had some confusing history ( ie Burger had already died). Burger has had a difficult life so far, no family, no care.

As a first step, his vaccinations are being replaced and we are quickly looking for a permanent family where he can continue his life as a family member, now 7 years old. Very happy, affectionate real love bomb, she really deserves someone to finally hold him.

Burger can be adopted vaccinated, chipped, neutered and with a negative heartworm test.
