Pemzli was found tied at the entrance of the shelter’s gate the on a Friday morning....
She is a young, long-haired charming bitch. Though her fur is trimmed and has a paw-pattern collar but no has no chip or any id plate. Someone might have come to ask for help but only found the closed doors.

Her original owner did not show up so she can be adopted fully vaccinated, chipped and neutered.
