Kumisz arrived into the Shelter when He was just a 1-2 year old white furball. His previous owners thought it would be best to leave him on the way to the Shelter. They must have been aware that we could handle that as well.

His coat was in a terrible condition and he was extremely scared. It took us two days to be able to hold him. He must have been thrown out from a car since he was looking at all cars wistfully. We kept guessing about his breed. Most of us thought he was a Westie because of his huge shaggy fur, but after trimming he turned out to be a Bolognese mix.



His skin had been damaged by flies under his awfully shabby fur and he had hardly been able to move so the most important thing was to trim him totally and immediately. He is still shy but he opens day by day. He started to trust in his caretakers and although he still stiffens when he is stroked, he realised that it feels good sitting in a lap.


He can be adopted when He is fully vaccinated, neutered and has a chip.
