Hektor is an eleven-year-old mix male dog. He was found on leash in Fővám Square with a letter in his neck. The person who had found him was crying when he brought the dog to us. After reading the letter we were also deeply touched.




Translation of the letter!
Dear Good People!
Please, take me home. I am an orphan Hektor. We were walking around, looking for food in dustbins with my old owner but he fell down and broke his leg so he was taken to hospital and he cannot move. I am Hektor, eleven years old. There is a cataract on one of my eyes. My owner, Sanyi was 85 year old and we lived from what we found in dustbins. I was beaten a lot so I am very scared. We were always walking and I had some potatos for breakfast because there was nothing else. I ask you kindly to take me home. We lived in a small room. I will love you. I have never been rude. Everybody was taken to temporary accommodation. I have never travelled by a vehicle. Do not leave me here. Hektor. Sometimes I am Heki too.

The whole letter is true. He is very kind, gentle and gets on well with everybody. He moved into the farmyard with the other elderly animals.

He can be adopted when He is fully vaccinated, neutered and has a chip.
